Jardim Vista, S.A., have been selected to build the gardens at Real Marina Hotel & Spa, a new resort from Hoteis Real Group, overlooking the splendid scenery of Ria Formosa, located in the town of Olhão and with direct access to the future leisure marina.

This privileged location is enhanced by the implementation of landscaped gardens which weave through the buildings providing interest, colour, scent and privacy.

Jardim Vista have implemented a minimalist planting scheme to complement the contemporary architecture of the buildings, as well as being fully adapted to the coastal environment and overall conceptual layout.

The planting is well adapted to coastal conditions and requires less maintenance. Accent and instant maturity is provided by the inclusion of mature palms and trees such as Jacaranda and Olive trees. The use of shrubs and sub-shrubs provides privacy to individual properties where necessary.
